As the STEM Learning Ecosystem Initiative enters its third year, there are many lessons to be shared. As of May 2017, there are 54 STEM Learning Ecosystems engaged in a National Community of Practice to bring high quality and impactful STEM opportunities and practices to all learners and educators so that all citizens can pursue gainful and meaningful 21st century employment and that business and industry can have a reliable trained workforce pipeline.
As we know, everything is local! The success of this National Initiative is directly attributable to the support of public and private funders of all sizes and types working together to leverage and amplify their local investment for the benefit of their communities.
Who Should Attend
The Summit and Recognition Dinner is designed for local and regional funders, representing public and private interests, from within our 54 STEM Learning Ecosystems who have a strategic focus on STEM, Education, Equity and Access, and Workforce and Economic Development. This event is invitation only and is only open to funders.
This will provide an opportunity to hear about the work of your funder colleagues and share experiences and opportunities that may benefit your work locally. Please feel free to share this with funders you feel may have an interest.
Advanced registration is required and space is limited. The deadline to register is Friday, September 1, 2017 at 11:59 ET. To register, contact us email@example.com.
There is no registration cost to attend the Summit and Dinner, however, attendees are responsible for their travel and hotel (if necessary).
