Hi everyone!
SXSW EDU is next week; it’s known as THE place for sharing new forward-thinking ideas and programs for educational impact. The STEM Learning Ecosystems Initiative was selected as a presenter; leverage that national recognition to build local credibility and connections. Here are some resources:
- I’ve put a customizable press release in the Communications Toolkit; add your local details and send to local media (Education or business writer at the newspaper, News Desk at TV and radio stations)
- Invite current or potential partners to attend our session to get the big picture view. (Whether they’re at SXSW or not, they will likely understand the significance.) Here’s a link to the session details: https://schedule.sxswedu.com/2018/events/PP72616 or you can attach your press release. Very important: Include this Click to tweet link and ask them to share it with their networks.
- Amplify the importance of STEM Ecosystems via social media. Click to tweet about it. Share this LinkedIn post within your network. Follow @STEMEcosystems on twitter and comment on and share our posts.
If you will be at SXSW EDU, please attend our session and spread the word to colleagues and friends to join you! We’re at the Austin Hilton Downtown, Salon F, on Monday March 5 at 2:30 pm.
