STEM Ecosystems Network – The Greater Cincinnati STEM Collaborative, as part of our updated strategic plan, is seeking to inventory Community Partners working on STEM education across our region. Our initial focus is on non-profit organizations who supplement district curricula with after school, weekend, and summer programs. We know there are a lot of these organizations; however to date we have not been able to “map” them to expand the reach of our collaborative, look for opportunities to connect & scale, and to find ways to ‘scaffold’ student participation.
We are interested if other STEM Ecosystems have attempted to do this type of landscape. If so, what were your key learnings and watchouts as you canvassed and collected the data?. How did you organize and visualize the data? And, what were your biggest insights and benefits to doing this work? As we get started on this work, we would like to learn from and reapply best practices. We would appreciate any replies by email and also for those of you attending the STEM Funders Network meeting in a few weeks, we will also be joining and can talk it when together.
Thank you in advance.

P.S. Apologies if this is a repeat message for you; we tried to send out yesterday but never saw that it went out (?).,
