Maker Faire NoVa
On June 2nd, we have the largest Maker Faire in the region – NoVA Maker Faire. This is the can’t miss event in the region, and a great place to see all that making has to offer.
The Faire brings together an amazing collection of tech enthusiasts, engineers, woodworkers, metal workers, auto hackers, artists, teachers, and craftspeople from all over the northern virginia, Metro DC area and beyond! Our Maker Faire gives our local makers a chance to show us and tell us about what they’re making. We also have tons of hands on activities where you can learn how to make this stuff yourself!
Want to learn how to build a robot? Program an Arduino? Turn wood to make a bowl? Weld? Blacksmith? Build underwater remotely operated vehicles (ROV)? Automate your garage door? Learn to solder? Fly or make a drone? Spin yarn from wool and knit? Recycle glass into beautiful tables and glass pieces? Or maybe just take-a-part something and learn how it works? You can do it at the Maker Faire NoVa.
