I’ve been drafting a short document of best practices for working groups to try and keep my chairs and members on track. Eric Meyer from San Diego sent me a copy of their Working Group Chair Responsibilities, and I was wondering if anyone else had anything similar they’d be willing to share.
I would also love to see what other ecosystems share with you. We are beginning our working groups as well and trying to get our governance structure in place and this would help us as well!
