We have been working on these issues for quite a while. We are the backbone organization for a STEM Network and are housed at California State University East Bay, one of the largest producer of credentialed teachers in the Bay Area. We also have a project working with after school programs and have been working with them and our local community colleges to build pathways to a credential and classroom teaching.
